Vensure Financial Group is an independent financial services agency, founded and built for our clients and agents. We believe that our clients and our agents deserve the very best when it comes to their financial future and security. We have examined the “pain points” that agents have experienced being in the financial services industry. We have also examined the “pain points” that clients have experienced being served by the financial services industry. What we have come up with is a company that eliminates those pain points for both our clients and agents of our company. We believe that VenSure Financial Group offers everything our competitors offer, without the “pain”. Our clients and agents will have a full team of skilled professionals assisting them all the way to financial freedom. We are committed to excellence and professionalism, with a lot of fun along the way.
Eric Bonfiglio
Eric Bonfiglio is the President and Co-founder of VenSure Financial Group. With over 30 years in the financial services industry, he is passionate about helping agents, teammates, and clients of Vensure to achieve success. Eric started his financial career in 1990 at age 21. He grew up in a lower-middle income family in Kansas. He decided at an early age that he did not want to pursue the path of working a job and only getting by. He explored entrepreneurship but never found a fit until one day someone mentioned to him that he may try the financial services business. He started part-time to learn the business. Eric became passionate about educating families about how to win the money game, so much that he quit his job and went full-time. Fast forward another 11 years and Eric had grown his part-time business into a full grown financial agency with over 1,100 agents in 9 states. He was the 2nd youngest person in his firm to ever achieve the “million-dollar club” and member of the board of directors. Out of tens of thousands of people that had come before him, he was the 46th to ever achieve his level of success in his firm. After selling his original business in 2008, Eric went on to become a coach and consultant to other financial services agents and leaders. Eric helped many agents to more than double and triple their businesses as their coach and consultant. After many years of coaching, Eric and his wife Luciana decided to build another agency together.
Eric and Luciana have an amazing relationship, and partnership. They are both passionate about educating and training agents into business leaders, as well as personally engaged in helping clients achieve financial security. In their free time they love to go fishing, hunting, take motorcycle rides, boat, and RV together. When they aren’t outdoors enjoying their lives together, they are working together, side by side in business. Eric believes that he has truly found the perfect balance in his life and wants to help as many people as possible to find and achieve their dreams.
Luciana Mingoti
Luciana Mingoti is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vensure Financial Group. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she is passionate about helping agents, teammates, and clients reach their goals and dreams. Luciana was born and raised in Brazil and migrated to the United States over 20 years ago. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry she has focused on streamlining the agent client relationship through technology. She is passionate about simplifying complex systems and procedures into easy-to-follow processes. Her experience in successfully managing large retail stores has given her an edge on “thinking outside the box” and creating strong training materials and platforms. Luciana is most excited about the way the industry has evolved over the last decade in terms of products, technology, and compensation. The American Dream is alive and well.
Luciana and Eric share a passion for guiding agents to achieve their goals and dreams as well as become strong leaders. Focuses on delivering the best plan for client’s financial security. In their free time they love to spend their time outdoors, such as fishing, hunting, motorcycling, boating, and RVing together. When they aren’t outdoors enjoying their lives together, they are working together, side by side in business.
